County Cork has a very proud tradition when it comes to National Heritage Week, with dozens of organisers, year after year, organising a range of fantastic events. In the last 10 years alone, since 2013, and notwithstanding Covid-19 restrictions in 2020 and 2021, 1,338 Heritage Week events have been held in County Cork in recognition of National Heritage Week.
